Connected pipeline systems play an essential role in the development or renovation of gas and oil fields. New pipeline pipes must be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the first time. DYNAJET high-pressure cleaners are particularly effective for this.

Pipeline cleaning before individual parts are welded

Each section must be thoroughly cleaned on the inside, after external coating but before the pipeline sections are welded together to form a continuous pipeline. Economical with universally adjustable parameters

The DYNAJET 500th high-pressure cleaner is a hot-water cleaning unit. Working at approx. 80-95°C, cleaning speed is considerably faster. Adjustable parameters such as pressure, water flow rate and temperature make for effective and economical cleaning. This results in lower fuel consumption and operating costs.

Nozzle system for pipeline cleaning

The nozzle system used to clean a pipeline pipe section consists of a rotating nozzle device mounted on an internal cleaning carriage. Three roller runners mean this carriage can be precisely adapted to the pipe diameter and positioned in the precise centre of the pipe. This is important to maintain a constant cleaning distance from the nozzle to the inner wall at all times and ensure even cleaning. The magnetically braked system is set in rotation via the nozzle recoil which completely eliminates the need for external energy. The operator manually operates the forward feed in the pipes.
