Clean and restore formwork efficiently using flexible DYNAJET high-pressure cleaners

High-pressure cleaners, such as the DYNAJET 350me with up to 350 bar working pressure, can quickly and efficiently remove dirt and residues from formwork, producing visibly appealing concrete. Economic cleaning using water pressure

Solid walls, staircases, element ceilings and double walls are constructed from precast concrete elements. The formwork pallets for these precast elements must be cleaned after use if they are to be reusable. DYNAJET high-pressure cleaners quickly and gently remove hardened concrete residues from formwork and moulds.

DYNAJET’s high-pressure water cleaners prevent time-consuming work or surface damage caused by hammers, scrapers or flex attachments when cleaning formwork walls, frames and precast elements. Not only does DYNAJET shorten the time needed to remove construction remains, its high-pressure process also retains the formwork’s value, keeping its surfaces smooth, undamaged and long-lasting.

Environmentally friendly deep cleaning

Alternatively, formwork can be cleaned at the building yard between one and three times a year. This gets rid of stubborn dirt that has been left behind during regular maintenance. The compact DYNAJET 500me30 high-pressure cleaner with its particularly high flow rate of up to 30 l/min is ideal for this. The more powerful environmentally friendly DYNAJET 1000me, with a maximum pressure of up to 1,000 bar, is particularly good for cleaning galvanized formwork efficiently and safely.

Restoration of formwork

DYNAJET can also restore concrete formwork or a precast element so it can continue to be used. Quick and efficient restoration starts with blasting out the formwork liner and any silicone residue in the joints.

This not only saves time and effort, but also protects the surface of the frames. This means that replacement form liners and joints can be put in more quickly and the formwork used again in next to no time.
