Removal of concrete layers
Treat old concrete layers gently and vibration-free using high-pressure water jets. Works anywhere – in bridges, tunnels, multi-storey car parks or sports stadiums. DYNAJET lets you quickly and precisely remove pollutants, bitumen residues or other coatings, as well as expose the underlying reinforcement.
Old concrete is broken up effortlessly and the reinforcing steel cleared of rust – all without damaging the reinforcing steel. The DYNAJET ultra-high UHP220 pressure unit is ideal for this, boasting a maximum pressure output of 3,000 bar. Stress cracks, traditionally associated with processing using conventional methods, are almost completely avoided.
Effectively roughen concrete
Blasted concrete needs a correctly-prepared surface for renovation, which entails removing the damaged concrete beforehand. In addition, the reinforcement must remain untouched. And last but not least – all corrosion on the reinforcing steel must be completely removed.
Gentle high-pressure water jetting with the DYNAJET UHP220 at up to 3,000 bar allows you to achieve all this quickly and effortlessly in a single step. The result – a roughened surface which is ideal for the new concrete to adhere to.
