Preparing silo and biogas plant substrate for renovation and construction
Highlights
- Quick renovation of silo plants
- Ideal preparation for dense surfaces
- Cost-effective and environmentally friendly
Current water protection regulations require that mobile silos, slurry and biogas plants are impermeable to liquids. They therefore need to be regularly renovated. DYNAJET high-pressure cleaners prepare the substrate in the shortest possible time and cost-efficiently.

Concrete or asphalt substrate in silo facilities used for the storage of slurry must be thoroughly prepared for renovation and new construction. DYNAJET high-pressure cleaners completely remove all old coatings and roughen the concrete for the new coating to adhere well.
- Substrate with high adhesion qualities for recoating
- Silo plants can be returned to use in a short time
- Compliance with the latest environmental regulations
- Minimises health risks during renovation
- A professional high-pressure cleaner for many agricultural applications
DYNAJET saves time and money when renovating silo systems
Heavily corroded floors, walls, joints, gutters as well as shafts of mobile silos and biogas plants must be thoroughly cleaned prior to renovation. The second step is to completely remove old coatings and loose concrete fragments. DYNAJET means you complete these steps in a single operation, particularly quickly and using just one high-pressure water cleaner.
The DYNAJET 800th hot and cold-water trailer, for example, is used to process all areas of the silo or biogas plant: the RDS Easy rotor nozzle is an ideal accessory for areas previously covered by silage or slurry. Hot water working at a pressure of up to 800 bar can reliably remove the coating and any loose concrete. The substrate then has ideal adhesion for the new coating. The rotor nozzle can also be used for the area above the covered area. This completely removes any coatings here and slightly roughens the concrete by hot water at 800 bar.
The outstanding feature is how quickly the substrate can be prepared: a mobile silo with walls 60 metres long and 2.60 metres high can usually be cleaned and the old coating removed in just one day. This keeps equipment downtime to a minimum. In addition, the hot water method means that water-sandblasting is not needed.
DYNAJET optimises new silo and biogas plant construction
DYNAJET is also the right choice for new construction of mobile silos, slurry and biogas plants. Environmental regulations demand an absolutely leak-proof coating to prevent liquids escaping into the groundwater. DYNAJET high-pressure cleaners roughen the concrete perfectly so that special coatings can be applied correctly and adhere securely.
